1. These terms

By using this website or engaging Nexture Recruitment Ltd ("Nexture") you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or our services.

2. Our services

Nexture provides recruitment services to employers and career services — including CV writing and managed job searches — to individuals. Specific deliverables, fees and durations are set out in the written proposal or service agreement issued before work begins.

3. No guarantee of employment

We work to agreed activity standards, but we cannot and do not guarantee interviews, job offers or any particular salary outcome. Hiring decisions rest entirely with employers.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your right to work in the UK.
• Respond to shortlists, interview requests and document reviews within the agreed timescales.
• Tell us promptly if you accept an offer or wish to pause your search.

5. Employer terms

Introduction fees, rebate periods and payment terms are set out in the client agreement. An introduction is deemed made when a candidate's details are supplied and that candidate is engaged by you or a connected entity within 12 months.

6. Fees and payment

Candidate service fees are payable in advance unless a staged plan is agreed in writing. Employer invoices are due within 14 days of the placement start date. Late payment may attract statutory interest.

7. Cancellation

Consumers have 14 days to cancel a candidate service from the date of agreement, unless work has begun with your express consent, in which case a fair charge for work completed applies.

8. Intellectual property

Site content, templates and written documents remain the property of Nexture until paid for in full. On payment, you receive full rights to use your own CV, cover letters and profile content.

9. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's confidential information private and use it only to deliver the services described in this agreement.

10. Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the fees paid to us in the preceding 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

11. Website use

You may not attempt to disrupt the site, submit malicious files, scrape content in bulk or use our forms for unsolicited marketing. Automated and abusive submissions are blocked and logged.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
