2. Data we collect
- Candidates: name, contact details, CV, employment history, qualifications, salary expectations, notice period, right-to-work status and interview feedback.
- Employers: contact name, work email, telephone number, company details and role briefs.
- Technical: IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security, anti-spam and basic analytics.
3. How we use it
We use your data to match candidates with vacancies, to prepare CVs and applications on your instruction, to communicate with you about opportunities, and to meet our legal obligations (for example right-to-work checks).
4. Lawful basis
We rely on legitimate interests for recruitment activity, contract performance where we are engaged to deliver a service, consent where you opt in to marketing, and legal obligation where the law requires a record.
5. Sharing your data
We share candidate details with prospective employers only with your prior agreement for each specific role. We also use trusted suppliers for email, hosting and applicant tracking, all bound by data-processing agreements. We never sell your data.
6. CV uploads and storage
CVs submitted through our website are stored on our UK-hosted server under randomly generated filenames, in a directory that blocks script execution and directory listing. Access is limited to the consultants working on your enquiry.
7. Retention
Candidate records are kept for 24 months from your last interaction with us, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Placement records required for tax or legal purposes are held for six years.
8. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access to your data, correction of inaccuracies, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email Nexture.coo@gmail.com and we will respond within one month.
9. Cookies
We use only essential cookies for site function and anti-spam protection. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set.
10. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
